You will be working as part of a team of anaesthetic theatre practitioners (as well as the wider theatre team) to ensure a high standard of nursing care and safety for patients within the theatre unit. You will be a role model for more junior members of the team, assisting with their coaching and development as well as coordinating and management of the team`s workload. With the ability to provide evidence of ongoing professional development you will be able to quickly recognise clinical problems, report, seeking appropriate advice and/or action where needed. If you are a proactive forward thinker with a confident knowledge of Contemporary Peri-Operative issues then this job is for you!
