Panoramic Care is delighted to be working with a reputable school based in Berkshire in the recruitment of a Temporary Business Support Coordinator.

Reporting into the School Business and Finance Manager, you will provide administrative support to the school. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the finance team
  • Processing PO requests
  • Maintain H&S records
  • Maintain databases
  • General administration
  • Manage enquiries

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Be able to pick up tasks and be flexible
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Finance experience
