Key responsibilities-

• Maintaining and updating SEN policy, providing reports on strengthens and areas for development in SEND and curriculum
• Monitor the progress of individuals & groups using agreed assessment
• Work with SLT to ensure inclusion of children within curriculum and wider school
• Write and review EHCPs
• Ensure staff promote high expectations for children & enable children to reach their targets

What do you need?

• NASENCO qualification
• Experience as SENCo in Primary schooling
