Panoramic Care are proud to be working with an Ofsted Good Primary School in Coventry who are looking for either an experienced SENCo & Inclusion Lead or Assistant Headteacher to join their school as soon as January or in April 2023.

SENCo & Inclusion Lead

• Salary of £40,625-£43,685 plus SEN allowance
• 3 days per week SENCo responsibilities/2 days teaching
• Teachers pension
• Must have SENCo experience
• Must have QTS
• NASENCo (desirable)

Assistant Headteacher

• Salary of £50,122-£55,360
• Full-time, Permanent
• Covering SENCo, PPG report, EAL learner duties
• Will be designated safeguarding lead
• Must have QTS

The Successful Candidate

You will have SENCo experience from a mainstream school, ideally at least 2 years. You will be organised, committed, and able to deal with stakeholders & mild behavioural issues.
