Registered Manager - Residential Service - Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious manager to join a highly regarded company to take over a well-rated residential service in Nottingham, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities as well as secondary diagnoses such as Mental Health conditions and Physical Disabilities.
In this role you will be joining a high-performing team and be managing a team of Deputy Managers who will be reporting into you and assisting with on-call responsibilities. As such, you should be someone with experience managing a team in a similar setting, and have extensive understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
