Work Patterns: Monday- Friday (Part-Remote Initially moving into Fully-Remote)
- Experience in Public or Private Sector is welcomed
- You MUST have experience in either Reablement or Domiciliary Care
- You MUST have a NVQ Level 4-5 in Health and Social Care
More about the role:
I'm currently supporting a Local Authority within the home counties to hire a Registered Manager on a Full-Time basis to join their Community Reablement. The service delivers a successful short term therapy assessment and care program, that supports residents to live well in their own homes, reducing their long terms care needs and maximising their health and wellbeing. Due to the pandemic the service has actively responded and adapted to support people through the implementation of a rapid Discharge to Assess HomeFirst model.
As an experienced Registered Manager, you will work closely with health and social care partners across an integrated care system and be at the foreground of exciting change and transformation. They have an innovative and vibrant approach to enhance and broaden the services that support people leave hospital, and with partners design and support the development & delivery of a social care crisis response model, enabling people to remain in their homes, avoiding the need for admission to hospital or residential care settings.
They are a fast-moving responsive service that moves as one team and are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and self-starting individual, who will be required to hold or working towards, a Health & Social Care qualification at NVQ level 4-5. So that the standard of service remains compliant and well led in delivering effective care and support, within the CQC regulatory and Safeguarding frameworks. You will evidence your experience and confidence in managing people and teams, placing leadership at the core of everything you do.
