Registered Manager - East Devon

Salary: £37,500 + discretionary bonus

Job Type: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours

Panoramic Care are pleased to be working with a highly regarded residential care provider to find a Registered Manager for their service in East Devon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to take over the registration of CQC rated 'Good' service, or for a Deputy Home Manager looking to progress in their career.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Experience in residential care for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
• Experience as a Registered Home Manager/Deputy Home Manager
• No clinical or nursing experience required
