Panoramic Care are currently working with a long-established Christian care organisation who are looking for a Home Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The service is a 23 bedded residential care home based in Essex. This is a brand new service and as such would benefit from an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead the service. Previous experience setting up a new provision would be advantageous but is not essential.

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have experience as a Home Manager
• Be a practising protestant Christian
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent

As a Christian organisation, my client has an Occupational Requirement that any applicants must be practising Christians, so please do not apply unless that applies to you.
