Panoramic Care are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading provider who are looking for a Registered Manager for their adults mental health and complex needs service in Newcastle.
This role involves managing the staff team, having CQC responsibility, clinical management, care planning as well as you being responsible for the smooth running of the purpose built service in Newcastle upon Tyne which specializes in supporting adults with complex mental health needs, behaviours of concern, brain injuries and Huntington's disease.
As the Registered Home Manager you will oversee the success, the quality, the profit and loss, the community and local authority links but will be supported by your Regional Director of operations, the clinical team and a clinical nurse manager. As the Home Manager you will be given a great deal of autonomy and will lead by example, drive your team and push for continuous improvement daily. You will provide person centred and quality driven care and ensure that you make every day better for both the people who live in your home and the people who work there.
This excellent provider can provide an extremely competitive annual salary of up to £60,000 per annum plus additional benefits such as:

To be considered for this role you must have:
✅ Extensive management experience
✅ Active pin as RGN/RNLD/ RMN
✅ Adult mental health experience in a home or hospital setting
