Hybrid Working - Remote/ Office

Base salary of up to £50,000 per annum + Commission

Panoramic Care are currently working on a very exciting opportunity of behalf of a well respected client who are looking for an ambitious, driven Manager to join and immediately provide value in managing a prospectus recruitment team. Reporting to Operations Director, this role will be a brand ambassador for the A&E Agency / General Medicine Group / Pathology Group.

You will have overall responsibility and accountability for all day-to-day activities of the Division including delivering growth by developing and managing strategic customer relationships through a customer focused approach. This will create and provide access to a multi-speciality talent pool.

You will also be responsible for the complete recruitment process for the division covering - but not limited to - attraction, retention and fulfilment. To identify and implement improvements within the division, as well as ensuring all company and framework standards and procedures are always maintained. You must also be aware of all key trends and maintain agility within the team to be able to adapt to market changes.

Responsibility will also involve encompassing the development and wellbeing of all team members.

In turn you will be rewarded with a very competitive base salary of £40,000- £50,000 dependent on experience with the potential to earn significant commission additional to this (based on team performance).

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must:

  • Be able to demonstrate you have supported and developed the people you manage.
  • Ideally have managed teams in the healthcare sector as team is primarily focused on NHS
  • Need to have detailed knowledge and understanding of working on frameworks etc.
  • Strong ambition with a business plan. You will be someone who is accountable on making decisions, be confident in taking some risks and promote strong relationships.
