We have a exciting role for a Practice Nurse to work for a Elite Private Clinic in London. The Practice Nurse will primarily be focusing on Women's Health.

The registered general nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The RN will function within the Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model in conjunction with London, United Kingdom's Department of Nursing, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The RN provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts. The RN delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability and availability of resources. The RN possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle as a part of the responsibility of their role.
The Registered General Nurse will meet the following requirements: Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin, minimum of 2 years post-registration experience. Preferred experience in primary care.
The selected candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritise and co-ordinate own workload. They will be friendly and adaptable-able to work as part of a team and have an awareness of clinical audit and clinical governance and have IT competency.
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
