Salary: £26,000- £28,000/Yr. + £410 monthly car allowance

You will see to it that all staff members receive all pertinent information and that they understand how to operate in accordance with rules and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• To deliver top-notch in-person instruction, follow-up coaching, and assistance for all areas of necessary training, including the Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (MVA).
• Provide assistance with training requirements defined by the MVA Lead, Hub Lead etc.
• Support the training hub with the delivery of training as part of the induction programme, refresher training, and delivery of specialised services/departments.
• To make sure that every training is inclusive and supports best practises
• To constructively respond to legislative changes, governing body impacts, or changes in corporate policy.
