Role Responsibilities:

• Line managing Senior Leadership Team
• Overseeing Head of Care
• Working closely with existing principal
• Hitting the ground running and settling things down
• Covering Head of Education and balancing Principal responsibilities
• Day to day strategical & operational oversite
