Panoramic are liaising with a Multi Academy Trust who require an experienced Interim HR Officer to help support them on a full- time temporary basis for 6 months + and work with the HR Manager. This will be based in the East Midlands area and involves working Monday- Friday with flexible hours considered.

You will be expected to be onsite 3 days a week between a couple of the schools in their trust. 2 days remote considered. Paying you a competitive daily rate.

As part of this role, you will be working with payroll as well taking responsibility and supporting with the other HR Advisors, overseeing all HR processes.

- Need experience of employer relations
- Need strong HR compliance skills
- Payroll/ pensions knowledge
- Need to understand SCR compliance

- Education experience desirable but definitely not essential as training can be provided
