If you are an experienced Call Centre Manager/Team Leader, then we have the perfect role for you.
Panoramic Care is delighted to be working with a Front Door service within adult social care that is on the lookout for an Interim Contact Centre Manager to join them immediately for a 6 month contract. The role is based in the social care contact centre and you will be managing the flow of work, as well as a team of 8 staff.
This role will be a mix of remote and onsite working. You will be expected to be in their main office or across some services at least 3 days per week.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have Contact Centre Management/Team Leader experience. Adult Social Care experience would be hugely advantageous but is not essential. You must also be able to start immediately and commit to a 6 month contract.
