Panoramic Care has an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Manager to join a rehabilitation unit in the Gloucestershire area. The hospital have a Good CQC rating and a sturdy senior leadership team as well as an good reputation for providing the best possible care and support. This is a small, specialist provision with excellent opportunity for progression into senior/ operations management in 1-2 years.

We are looking for someone with a strong CQC track record and a clinical background. An active pin is preferred but not essential, though you must have a strong clinical understanding if you are not an RGN/RNM/RNLD. Ideally you will have some mental health or complex needs experience, preferably in a rehabilitation unit but nursing home candidates are encouraged to apply. A Level 5 is essential.
