Home Manager - Specialist Care - Staffordshire

£70,000 salary, £10K bonus & negotiable relocation package

Panoramic Care are pleased to be working with a highly regarded care provider who are looking for a Clinical Home Manager for their specialist Nursing Home in the Staffordshire area.

The Home is a large, clinically led service that supports adults with a range of complex physical and mental health needs that include neurological conditions, complex dementia and associated challenging behaviours.

In order to be successful as the new Registered Manager, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN (or consider revalidating) with a Home Manager/Hospital Manager background and experience managing challenging behaviours - whether in an adult or an elderly care setting.
