Panoramic Care are working with a prestigious SEMH and ASD specialist school based in the Oxford area to recruit for a new Headteacher. They are a school of under 25 students between the ages of 8 and 19 and are looking for someone who has the passion and dedication to lead the school from the front.
About The School
They are an SEMH and ASD Specialist school that recently attained a 'Good' rating in their recent Ofsted report. The school is placed in a tranquil country setting which allows both the staff and students to grow and learn outside of the classroom. The school employs an integrated therapeutic approach to education which allows an all-encompassing educational experience.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will come with either Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher experience working within an SEMH or ASD specialist school. You will have a go-getting, can-do approach towards challenges in the workplace and have the desire to improve the school in their own way.
