Head of Recruitment - Care Company - Hybrid Working

Circa £60,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive recruitment experience to join a highly regarded and growing care company. We are looking for someone with proven experience with high-volume recruitment to keep up with the demand of recruiting for care positions,

In this role you would be supporting a team of internal recruiters as well as the Operations Directors to think strategically to aid in the companies growth plans, whilst also prioritising the companies vision and values.

Within this role you will have full autonomy over your working schedule, and will be allowed to work from home the majority of the time. Beyond working from home, there will be a need to occasionally visit the head office based in Birmingham and working sites across the Midlands.

You will also be involved in the growing expansion plans the company is preparing as a senior member of the team and be a part of the operational side of the business with recruitment, business growth, and have direct access to accelerated career progression and development.

Essential:

  • Extensive recruitment experience in a high-volume sector
  • Some experience managing other recruiters
  • Demonstrated ability to hit targets and work to a schedule

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the care sector
  • Experience training and developing staff members
