Panoramic Care are working with a prestigious group of specialist schools based in the South West area to recruit for a new permanent Head of Inclusion and Safeguarding. The role will be overseeing safeguarding and inclusion across several sites whilst managing the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leader and SENCo.

About The School
The children in the schools require support in managing their behaviour or are persistently unable to attend their mainstream school placement. This can often be at a point of personal crisis or where their underlying needs haven't yet been identified.

The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified Desginated Safeguarding Lead, have experience of inclusion and be from either a Mainstream, Alternate Provision, SEN or PRU setting. You will have a go-getting, can-do approach towards challenges in the workplace and have the desire to push the school on in their own way.

What's On Offer

  • A leading salary with great benefits.
  • Leading support from experienced professionals with the autonomy needed to guide the school towards the future.
