They are looking for an energetic, organised and dynamic Head of Clinical Recruitment to manage the Clinical Recruitment across the business. This role involves overseeing and managing a team of recruiters in their respective vertical specialties as well as leading on the robust use of our clinical staff CRM, recruitment systems, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders. This individual will interact with many departments across the company including Compliance, Finance and Operations and will develop and lead on the short, mid and long term Recruitment Strategy. You must have previous experience of working in an Bank/Temp environment.
Ideally you will either come from a 360 recruitment agency background or an Inhouse Clinical Recruiter Lead. They are looking for someone who has experience with recruitment campaigns for specific specialties and geographies. They would need to be comfortable in a very fast pace, high growth company that's rapidly scaling as things really do change and move every week so someone that can be dynamic and flexible/not get flustered. Ideally someone who can be really strategic, data-driven and target-driven as the team will have a variety of KPI's to work to. Must have experience of managing a team min 1 year+.
