Role: Finance Controller

Location: Hybrid - Leicester

Salary: Up to £60,000

Hours: Monday - Friday

Contract: Permanent

The role is working with a reputable health care provider with many years of success. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit and dedicated team and make a real difference to the organisation.

The company is the leading Health & Social care provider in the Midlands, providing support to 100s of individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism & mental health needs. They hold contracts with over 20 Local Authorities & CCGs and continue to build relationships with their commissioner's to develop bespoke care facilities.

Duties include:

• Responsible for the monthly preparation of Management accounts, overseeing banking facilities and covenants, and reviewing costs and budgets.

• Overseeing all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures.

• Providing executive management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy-making and financial strategies.

• Summarising budget trends, analysing deficiencies and reporting variances.

Requirements

• CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
• 3 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a role as a financial controller
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
