This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with extensive managerial experience within elderly and dementia care, preferably within a clinical setting, to join a large and well-rated Nursing home based in Bristol. The successful individual will join as the Deputy Manager alongside the highly successful and long-standing Registered Manager to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care is being delivered.

This is a large service with several specialities, including focus on dementia care, general nursing, rehabilitation, and end of life support. With this range of focuses, it would be beneficial to be a Registered Nurse with clinical experience, however this is not essential and an experienced individual with knowledge of clinical practices will also be considered.

Essential:

• Experienced manager with knowledge of clinical practices
