Panoramic Care are working with a fantastic school for students with profound multiple learning disabilities to find a Deputy Headteacher.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is a strong leader with a passion for providing a fulfilling education and promoting the independence of students. This culture, the values and ethos is a very important part of the school.

Requirements:

• You hold QTS and are passionate about SEN/PMLD teaching and learning
• You are an experienced Leader in an SEN/PMLD setting
• Proven at building relationships with pupils, staff and other stakeholders
• Able to understand the individual needs of learners with a complex range of needs
