Branch Manager - Supported Living - Somerset & Surrounding Areas
£35,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Panoramic Care are proud to be working with a highly regarded, specialist care provider who are looking for a Branch Manager for their supported living and domiciliary care services in Somerset and surrounding areas.
The service provides specialist care to people with complex care needs both at home and in the community, and as such previous experience in a supervisory role within community based services is required.
You should have strong people management skills with a good CQC track record and preferably hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social care or equivalent, however, if you do not yet have that training can be provided by an excellent L&D department. The care provider has an outstanding track record with supporting career progression!
