Commissioning Home Manager - Complex Needs - North West

£100,000 OTE

We are currently recruiting for Commissioning Home Manager who can support our client's future growth plans and lead the commission and launch of their purpose built 40 bed complex needs service in the Northwest.

You would have full autonomy over the commissioning of the home from recruiting your own team, the design and layout of the home, setting up and working to new budgets to maximising occupancy and building solid relationships with the local authorities.

You will need the flexibility to travel as once you have commissioned this initial service you will then be moved to new locations in the North West to commission further homes.

Very competitive base salary of up to £70,000 per annum with the potential to earn up to 25% bonus on achievement of KPI's. (OTE circa £100,000)

Must have,

  • Registered management experience and be happy to take on the Registration while the home is being commissioned
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
  • Excellent CQC knowledge
  • Experience of working with local authorities
  • Flexibility to travel

This role would suit someone with a background as a Home Manager, Hospital Director, General Manager, Peripatetic Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager or Commissioning Manager.
