Panoramic Care are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading provider who are looking for a Commissioning Home Manager for their adults mental health and complex needs service in West Yorkshire.

You will have autonomy to implement your design, recruit your own team and pave the way to creating an outstanding service. You will lead the commissioning of the home, setting up and working to new budgets, maximising occupancy and building solid relationships with local authorities. Residents will be at the forefront of everything that you do, ensuring that you are making every day better, supporting their development and growth and enabling them to reach their full potential.

This provider can provide an extremely competitive annual salary of up to £100,000 per annum with the ability to earn up to 25% of your annual salary on achievement of KPI's.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Extensive commissioning experience
  • Registered Manager background
  • Active pin as RGN/RNLD/ RMN
  • Adult mental health experience in a home or hospital setting
