Job Title: Care Coordinator
Duration: Permanent role
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 /Year with Benefits (Standard pension, Life insurance etc.)
Type: Hybrid | 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
We are looking for a Care Coordinator, for an industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in providing specialised care and assistance. Caring for over 3,500 people in the UK who have complex needs, such as autism, brain injuries, and learning difficulties. You will be in charge of the proper management and coordination of the care delivery team to ensure the provision of commissioned services.
Experience and qualifications:
- Complete and keep up-to-date monthly schedules for your care staff. Make sure your care team has the proper shifts scheduled and that any holes in the schedule are quickly covered by a qualified carer.
- Observe and keep up the electronic call monitoring system with the times of incoming and outgoing calls.
- System upkeep for care packages and schedules makes sure that all hours and shift patterns are accurate at all times and that any ended packages have been deleted.
- participation in the implementation of a new package, including system setup, organisation of introductory meetings, creation of initial rotas, etc.
