Branch Manager - Supported Living - Stoke-on-Trent
£32,000 + Bonus
Panoramic Care are proud to be working with a highly regarded, specialist care provider who are looking for a Branch Manager for their supported living and domiciliary care services in Stoke-on-Trent
The service provides specialist care to people with complex care needs both at home and in the community, and as such previous experience in a supervisory role within community based services is required.
You should have strong people management skills with a good CQC track record and preferably hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social care or equivalent, however, if you do not yet have that training can be provided by an excellent L&D department. The care provider has an outstanding track record with supporting career progression!
