Branch Manager

Location: Essex

Position: Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

Negotiable Salary: £40,000

Hours: Full time

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Contract type: Permanent

Panoramic Care are working with an established care provider that are looking for a domiciliary care branch manager to oversee 3 locations within the Essex area.

This role will see you managing an already established team of supervisors & care co-ordinators, with the added support of a deputy branch manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the business, which will include team co-ordination & administration and business development of key relationships with Local Authorities, the NHS & private commissioners.

Essential:

• Experience managing a team at manager or deputy level.
• Experience within the care sector.
• NVQ level 5.
• Driving License

Preferred:

• Management experience in a Domiciliary Care setting.
